Next up:
Listening: We heard a lot of feedback during the last month. We want to meet again individually with department chairs and internal offices such as EAS, Business Office, MERIT and make sure we understand their feedback about the site navigation and content infrastructure. We have started scheduling meetings with Chairs and have our first meeting the week of June 10.
Design Solution: Once we have completed the listening sessions, we need to align on an overall site direction that will meet stakeholder needs. The communications/web team is already considering some options based on what we learned, best practices, and looking at other school sites.
When we have an approved design and build direction we can put together a project plan, timeline, and resources.
